Sometimes things aren't what they seem. Train your eyes to handle that tricky "perspectives"
Your shutter speed is in that intermediate range.
Had you went with faster shutter speed you could have provided us with a shot that was harder edge
Had you chosen a slower shutter speed it would have been more soft and fluid.
Either way it would be a more powerful image that it already is.
